School Story
I didn't scale any mountains nor hit the lottery; I forged straight ahead, reared two wonderful and successful offspring (as a single parent). Actively participating on Reunion Committees for 50 years has afforded me renewed friendships with SHS classmates (whom I valued then and now)! SHS offered a unique experience in that it was diverse, respectful, and accepting in most areas. I loved the football games, school dances and the great SHS Dance Band we had! SHS was a wonderful school and though challenges sometimes presented themselves, you could always count on your friends as everyone came together! At SHS, three special and funny guys invited me to join their "fraternity": Glenn Takai, Albert Wilson, & Walt Saunders. We laughed, talked, and just enjoyed our friendships.... Unfortunately, only Walt and I remain....
