I am very sorry to hear about Jim.  We started at Theodore Judah where I first met Jim and then he went to Sutter and again met at Sac High.  He was a great guy and will be truly missed.  Prayers are with Marilyn and her family.  RIP Jim!

Jim McCulligan was a gentleman 1st class from start to finish! He deeply loved Marilyn, Ross and his whole family and friends....and if you spent any time with him......he'd tell you!  Our class has lost "one of the good ones" and we thank Jim for sharing his smiles, hugs, his affection, and his wisdom with us.  Blessings and condolences to his whole family and dear friends.

Woke up this morning and checked my emails and read that Jim had passed. We grew up in the same neighborhood and went all through school together including being college roommates along with Gary Schmidt and John Mir. Needless to say it was  quite  lively 24/7 . During college he had a job working for continital baking co.  "wonder bread" from ten p.m. to six a.m. and would come home smelling like fresh baked bread. No "wonder "he had so many girlfriends. We shared many life experiences together and  I always appreciated him as a close friend.  I will miss you Jim and  I will see you on the other side.

Went through school from 1st grade through high school with Jim. All of the prior comments are 100% accurate--Jim was a terrific guy, one of the most decent human beings I've ever known. And a very good athlete to boot. I'm very sorry to learn of his passing.

I am so saddened by the news of Jim's passing!  He was one of the "originals"---kindergarten at Theodor Judah to 1 semester at Kit Carson to Sutter then Sac High.  As a kid, I remember him loving baseball and playing in Little League.  He was always kind and pleasant.  I ditto all the wonderful descriptors of Jim posted by our other classmates. May he rest in peace and special blessings on his family during this time of grief!

I have so many good memories of Jim, from Sutter Junior High to Sacramento High!  He was always so upbeat and involved.  Since moving away, I've lost contact, but not the memories!  Rest in peace, Jim.  Prayers and condolences to your family.
